Chadwick A. Boseman Memorial Scholarship

The Chadwick A. Boseman Memorial Scholarship provides incoming students in the Boseman College of Fine Arts at Howard University with a four-year scholarship to cover the full cost of tuition.

The first four scholarships were awarded in fall 2021 to one recipient in each class of the Chadwick A. Boseman College of Fine Arts. Scholarships will continue to be distributed to a new incoming first-year student on an annual basis.

Preference will be given to students in the performing arts who exemplify Chadwick’s values, including a drive for excellence, leadership, respect, empathy and passion. The scholarships will be awarded to students who display exceptional skills in the arts and demonstrate financial need.
